Transcript or Parchment Replacement Request Form

In-person Requests: In-person transcript requests can be completed while you wait at the Student Service Centre — the request form is not required.

Mail, Phone and Online Requests: A minimum of one week production time is required. Delivery time is additional.

Digital copies of transcripts are handled through MyCreds. Learn more ›

To access your transcripts though MyCreds, go to the MyCreds login page and select “Can’t Sign In?”. 

Use your personal email address on file with RRC Polytech to register as transcripts are not uploaded using the academic email. 

If you are unable to register using your personal email, or the transcript is not available, please reach out to RRC Polytech’s Student Service Centres for assistance.

Important: If you have recently completed your program, your graduation package, including your parchment and official transcript, will be mailed to you at no charge within four weeks.

Apprenticeship students who attended RRC Polytech prior to 2012 must contact Apprenticeship Manitoba for transcripts.

  • Digital Transcript: an official digital record of a student’s courses taken and grades achieved that is issued through MyCreds.
  • Paper Transcript: an official record of a student’s courses taken and grades achieved.
  • Credential Replacement: An official certificate or diploma indicating your completion of your program of study. Students who did not complete a certificate or diploma program will not be eligible for a Credential Replacement.

Note: Once you have submitted the form, please review our payment options below. If payment has not been received within three business days, your request will be cancelled.

Payment Options

E-Transfer – Transfer funds via email to studentservices@rrc.ca. If you choose this option, you must include your student number, full name, date of birth and payment type (e.g. full-time or part-time transcript, certificate, diploma) in the email message field prior to sending. If you do not know your student number, please provide your email address in the message field.

Phone – If you are paying for a full-time program transcript, please call our general line at 204-632-2327 for credit card payment over the phone. If you are paying for a part-time program transcript, please call Continuing Education at 204-694-1789 for credit card payment over the phone.

Pick-Up: If you are picking up your official transcript, please note it will be available within the next hour at a Student Service Centre and payment can be made at the same time via debit, Visa or MasterCard. When picking up your documents, please ensure you bring your government issued ID for verification.
