Established jointly by the Manitoba Metis Federation and Vickar Community Chevrolet, and presented annually to full-time Metis students demonstrating a combination of the following: team work in the classroom or the workplace, leadership, volunteerism, strong work ethic and/or a commitment to learning.

Awarded to a graduate of an inner-city high school that has demonstrated high community / school involvement and will be attending the Business Administration program.

Norm Konowalchuk Memorial Award

Established by family and friends in memory of Norm Konowalchuk, a long-time employee of Red River College. Presented to a Business Administration graduate who intends to pursue a university degree and/or professional designation, and has demonstrated community leadership and a commitment to life-long learning.

Northwest Company Awards

Provided annually by the Northwest Company as a bursary to Indigenous students enrolled in the second year of the Business Administration program, to be used towards tuition and expenses for the final year of the program.

Presented to international students who have achieved the highest cumulative GPA after their first year of studies.

Yuri César Memorial Award for Business Administration International Student

Established by Flávio Raphael to cherish the memory of his nephew Yuri, who had a very short life, but made a significant impact on all who knew him. His love, laughter and energy served as motivation for this award, which assists international students entering the second year of the Business Administration program, who are inspired by education, and display no fear of change by making Canada their new home, and Red River College their knowledge hub.

Presented to a female student completing the first year of the Business Administration program, who demonstrates advanced academic performance and specific plans for starting a future enterprise.

Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba-Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Award

Presented to second-year Business Administration students, enrolled in the Commercial Insurance course who will pursue a career in the insurance industry. Recipients have demonstrated advanced academic performance, enthusiasm for the course content, and growth in understanding of the insurance industry.

Established by family in memory of Peter Nykoluk, a Business Administration student at the time of his accidental death. The award is based on academic performance in all Applied Commerce and Management Education programs.
