Grad Show 2018

Some say its going to be the BEST EVER!
Come join us for the 2018 edition of our Grad Show.
The show is open to the public all day Wednesday May 2 and Thursday May 3, 2018. Industry and former grads are invited to our Industry night on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm. It is also the 50th anniversary of the graphic design program so we are counting on you to share your memories and photos. We have set up an anniversary page at: 50th Anniversary.

Another great success at our third annual Research and Innovation Day!

We hope everyone had a great time learning and exploring what our community is doing.

We’d like to thank all our presenters, key note speaker Richard Booth RN, MScN, PhD,

and our exhibitors who made this day possible.

Thank you to all who attended, students and staff, as well as the Research and Scholarship committee and the Public Relations committee for all their hard work to make this day run so smoothly, and a special shout out to Meagen Chorney who guided the day so smoothly!

Partnership to help Red River College students gain work experience through wage subsidy program

Students in Red River College’s Applied Computer Education Department will gain an important first step into their new career, thanks to a new partnership with Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) Talent.

Through the ITAC Talent Career Ready program, eligible companies in the ACE Project Space and Co-operative Education and Work Integrated Learning (CEWIL) ACE Partners will receive a wage subsidy for a students’ work placement, which allows the companies to hire a driven employee who can apply cutting edge techniques and knowledge learned at RRC. The students in turn will gain valuable hands-on experience in the emerging digital economy. Read More →

Students from Red River College’s Business and Technology – Teacher Education Program were pleased to welcome students from the 7 oaks MET school.  Check it out!

RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota, and Dené, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.

We recognize and honour Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, the source of Winnipeg’s clean drinking water. In addition, we acknowledge Treaty Territories which provide us with access to electricity we use in both our personal and professional lives.
