Our Strategic Plan 2022-2026, In Front of What’s Ahead, charts a bold course forward for RRC Polytech over the next five years as we take this next important leap in how we define ourselves, how we will continue to meet and anticipate our province’s needs, and how we will get there.
This plan serves as a map of the steps we must take. It guides us to embed agility into our learning model, foster a culture committed to reconciliation and respect, and strengthen the partnerships that are key to shaping the future.
RRC Polytech is focused on ambitious outcomes that will strengthen Manitoba’s economic, social, environmental and cultural prosperity.
We will create programs that meet our partners’ strategic workforce needs, preparing more job-ready graduates through work-integrated learning opportunities and flexible learning options.
We will make progress on the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action, strengthening our culture and increasing partnerships with Indigenous students, businesses, and communities.
We will focus on employee development and engagement and will reflect the diversity of Manitoba in our students, employees, and committees.
We will expand applied research and partnerships across our academic programs and will strengthen our relationships with donors to drive strategic growth that supports mutual benefits.
