Advising

Current Students

Whether you are a new or returning student our Academic Advising team can help you get in front of what’s ahead to assist with any questions you may have.

The Program Advisors are here to advise and support you in making informed decisions related to your academic goals. Our Advisors can assist you in creating your course schedule in Student Planning, review academic progress or help you to create an academic plan to complete your program. Connect with a Program Advisor to get the most out of your RRC Polytech experience!

Self-Registration

Are you in a program where you need to self-register? Check your RRC Polytech email account for information on registration details. An email will indicate if you need to self-register or if you will be registered by your Student Records Officer.

Whether you are a new or returning student, our Academic Advisors provide support to students where self-registration is required using the Student Planning software.

Drop-In Office Hours

Drop-in office hours are Wednesday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at both the Notre Dame Campus and the Exchange District Campus.

Current students can drop-in and meet with a Program Advisor, no appointment necessary. However, if you think your inquiry will take longer than 20 minutes, we recommend that you make an appointment.

These meetings can include adding, dropping, or withdrawing from a course, reviewing academic progress, creating an academic plan, or referral to other services and supports.
