Alumni Anniversaries, Homecomings, and Reunions
Hoping to gather with fellow alumni to celebrate a milestone anniversary? Planning to get together with your former classmates and instructors to catch up? The College has a number of resources available to help you plan your event and RRC Polytech’s Alumni Engagement Office is excited to support you!
We will:
- Help communicate your plans and market your event to your fellow classmates (e.g. send invitations via email, share a post on our blog, promote your event on the College’s main social media channels, etc.,)
Depending on the size, scale, and scope of your event, we may:
- Work to reduce or eliminate the rental fee for booking a space for your event on campus (note that this doesn’t encompass catering, security, or other incurred variable costs)
- Provide a discount at the RRC Polytech Campus Store for purchasing branded merchandise
- Send a photographer to capture the memories
- Provide gifts or prizes
- Extend an invitation to members of our senior leadership team to bring greetings
