Our clients work in the building industry and are seeking guidance for developing efficient projects. We serve small- and medium-sized enterprises to support industry growth; we also partner with larger organizations for projects ranging from large-building airtightness testing to training and more. Our five common types of clients are:

Building Owners and Managers	Including owners, operators and managers, as well as building tenants and other parties responsible for the long-term maintenance and sustainability of building performance.
Building Designers	Including architectural and engineering firms, design/build companies and specialty service organizations that provide modeling and simulation services.
Construction Companies	Primarily general contractors, but also inclusive of building trades responsible for the physical construction and installation of building elements.
Testing and Commissioning Agents	Primarily in-situ testing contractors that provide confirmation of performance during construction and pre-occupancy, regulatory compliance verification and post-occupancy benchmarking and monitoring.
Building Material and Equipment Manufacturers	Including distributors and installers providing local service and support to building owners/operators, designers, construction companies and testing/commissioning agents.

Once you get in touch with us, we’ll work together to figure out the best way to bring your idea to life. We listen to your needs and gain a thorough understanding of the project requirements. Then we provide guidance, address uncertainties, and work to ensure your product will meet your expectations.

Average time: 1-2 weeks after project submission

Once we figure out the scope of your project, we’ll help you tapping into funding opportunities. We have access to a pool of grants from different funding sources that support innovative services and products, applied research and industry training. The cost of the project could be partially covered by one of our funding agencies.

Average time: 1 month after project submission

When your project is ready to start, we’ll mobilize our resources to better serve your needs. Depending on the scope of your project, you could team up with BETAC expert staff, RRC Polytech instructors, students, and partner organizations to get the return on your investment. Access our facilities and equipment to support your project, or we could come to you if you’re looking for convenience.

Average time: 4-6 months after project start
