Enter to win a Leadership Development opportunity with Shift Coaching!

Shift Coaching and TalentEgg are egg-cited to offer a leadership development opportunity giveaway for the Shift Corporate Coach Program™️ to a student or recent graduate. The giveaway opens January 23, 2020 until February 16, 2020.

This giveaway is a $5000 value and covers the entire cost of the Shift Corporate Coach Program™️ for the winner. At the completion of this program, the winner will receive a Shift Corporate Coach Certificate and will be eligible to receive their own individual Registered Corporate Coach™️ (RCC™️) designation from the WABC™️

Here’s how you can enter to win a spot in the Shift Corporate Coach Program™️:

  1. Register at talentegg.ca
  2. Record a short video intro on talentegg.ca (this will also put you in front of the best employers in the country!)
  3. Upload a resume on talentegg.ca
  4. Write 300-500 words about why they think they should win

But there’s more!

We will also be selecting one runner up, who will receive a full day coaching program at the Shift Office in Unionville, Ontario. The Brains on Coaching™️ Program is an exploration into the Brain and how we can utilize Brain Science in Coaching. The participant will be taken through new tools that can be applied back on the job immediately. This full-day session will take place on April 4, 2020 and is a $545 value.

Complete the submission requirements and tell us why you deserve to receive this leadership development opportunity. Shift Coaching and TalentEgg will review all submissions during the judging period between February 18, 2020 to February 23, 2020. The winner and runner up will be announced on February 24, 2020.

This giveaway is open to all Canadian Post-Secondary Students and New Grads (graduation year 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020).
