- The Financial Advice Campus Development Program is a 7-9 month long rotational program where associates will be provided the opportunity to gain experience in various roles via rotations in Community Banking Centres within Personal and Business Banking, determined based on business needs. After the rotations, associates will be supported in their accreditation journey towards their MFDA and receive additional education in CIBC’s systems and lending processes.
- CIBC’s Commercial Banking Associate Program is a 12-18 month long structured and comprehensive training program designed to provide new graduates with an opportunity to join CIBC’s commercial banking team and provide support in client acquisition, relationship management, credit management as well as providing transactional support for client specific financing solutions. This is a development role where associates can learn the products, processes, networks and functions to enable and equip them to eventually progress to the Relationship Manager role.
- The Private Wealth Management Rotational Program is a 12-month program where associates will develop and build the skills to effectively manage and grow a client portfolio by providing dedicated relationship management, complex financial services support, and exceptional client service. Associates will be supported in their learning journey by dedicated Private Wealth Management Leaders throughout four different rotations within Private Banking, Wood Gundy, Wealth Strategy and Solutions and Private Wealth Management Head Office based on business needs.
