Manitoba Hydro Summer Employment Progam

Manitoba Hydro is recruiting over 200 full-time summer employment opportunities throughout Manitoba. Apply before January 31, 2025!

Jobs are available in a number of areas, including, but not limited to:

  • accounting
  • business administration
  • construction
  • engineering
  • entry-level (undeclared, U1, etc.)
  • environmental
  • general labour
  • geography
  • information technology
  • trades & technology

To be eligible for summer employment, you must be a student who is:

  • at least 16 years of age
  • legally eligible to work in Canada
  • living in Manitoba for the full duration of your work term
  • enrolled in full-time studies both before and after the work term

If you will not be returning to school after the work term but need a co-op term to graduate, you are still eligible.

To apply, you must complete the Summer Student Application Questionnaire.

Apply before January 31, 2025, to be considered for career-related positions. 

Resumés are matched to available positions starting February 1, and work terms run from May to August.

You will need a PDF of your resume and cover letter.
