Venture for Canada (VFC) invites recent graduates and graduating students to apply for the VFC Fellowship program!

Entrepreneurially-minded grads want to excel at dynamic startups. Growing startups want energized contributors ready to hit the ground running. Now there’s a program that connects you.

Venture for Canada’s Fellowship program offers recent post-secondary graduates an amazing opportunity to jump into the world of entrepreneurship. Through job search support and dynamic training, you’ll develop the entrepreneurial skills you need in order to thrive at a startup, or even build a business in the long term.

As a VFC Fellow, you will:

Find a full-time job in the startup world.

Finding full-time work is at the top of your list, and that’s why we make it easy for you to connect with hiring startups through our online Job Board and virtual networking events. You’ll be connected to small, high-growth startups from across Canada and hired into your first new-grad job. Don’t worry, you’ll get job search training, one-on-one coaching and more! Please note that we have partner startups in BC, ON, AB, NS, NB, NL, PEI!

Gain access to one year of VFC’s exclusive entrepreneurial training.

We know what startups want in their employees, and our network of entrepreneurs have taught us a thing or two about the skills you need to be an entrepreneur, innovator or hustler. Our entrepreneurial skill-building training is designed so that you develop the tools that you’ll need to succeed in your startup role.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

  • Graduate(d) between Fall 2018 and Spring 2021.
  • Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma from a Canadian Post-Secondary OR be a Canadian who has studied abroad.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be available to begin searching for work as soon as you are accepted to the program.

Apply by October 29th for the Fall intake.
