Free, At-Home Fitness Classes
Campus Well-Being is excited to be offering free, online, live workouts to help students stay physically and mentally fit during these times. Take advantage of this opportunity to socially connect and relieve stress during your school day.
Full Body Strength + Conditioning
- Mondays and Wednesdays 12:15-12:45pm
- Body weight only, equipment is optional for additional challenge
- Modifications for all fitness levels
Functional Movement Class
- Thursdays 12:15-12:45pm
- Functional Movement and Restoring
- Rubber exercise bands, body weight and light weights
- Modifications for all fitness levels
