Free Activity: Mandalas and Meditation
This workshop combines the practice of meditation with the creation of mandalas, a form of ancient, circular art. Participants will be guided through a meditative process to access their inner artist, and then given the tools to create their own mandala. This practice can help to reduce stress and promote healing.
