Cooking for Wellness: A Thrive Workshop
Our latest Thrive workshop is going to be delicious!
Show yourself some love by cooking a tasty and balanced meal. This virtual session will be led by Abby Legaspi from NorWest Co-op Community Food Centre. Participants can choose to purchase their own ingredients or reserve a kit for pick-up from the Notre Dame Campus. Read more here.
