Graduation Application
The Graduation Application advises the Student Records Officer to review your academic record for graduation. Once your academic record is reviewed and your graduation is confirmed, you will receive your parchment and information on how to attain your official Transcript of Academic Record by mail. This process may take up to four weeks.
Note: The deadline to apply to graduate is the last day of the last term or course in your program.
To complete the Graduation Application:
- Visit HUB
- Select Payments and Profile
- Select Graduation Overview
Once your academic record has been reviewed and we have confirmed you have met the graduation requirements for your program, you will receive your Parchment by mail.
