Global Cuisine Lab will re-open for service on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

The Garde Manger Lab will resume production on September 18, 2017.

The Baking Labs have resumed classes. This week they will be producing boxes of assorted chocolates, with the following flavours:

• Speculoos and Caramel
