The Restaurant Cooking Lab provides breakfast five days a week, and lunch four days a week. The Breakfast menu can be found here. The Lunch menu and schedule is available here.

Global Cuisine Lab will re-open for service on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

The Garde Manger Lab is now back in session. This week they will be providing the following:
