Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.

The Garde Manger Lab will be offering the following:

Monday – Fruit Plates

Tuesday – Fruit Plates and Leaf Salads

Wednesday – Fruit plates and Bound Salads (Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Bean Salad, Quinoa Salad, Greek Pasta Salad)

Thursday and Friday – Bound Salads (Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Bean Salad, Quinoa Salad, Greek Pasta Salad) and Fruit Cup with Granola and Yogurt
