On Tuesday, August 6, only Grab’n’Go items will be available from the Culinary Exchange due to a weekend equipment upgrade. Regular service will resume for the Short Order lab on Wednesday, August 7. Click on this header to see menus and production from the labs which are in session this week.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Wednesday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Wednesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.
