This is the last week of classes for this term, so the Short Order Lab will be closed on Friday for cleaning. The College will be closed on Monday, September 2 for Labour Day. Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Thursday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until the week of September 30.

The Garde Manger Lab will be testing this week so limited quantities of assorted items will be available throughout the week.

The Baking Lab will be testing this week so limited quantities of assorted items will be available throughout the week.
