Short Order Lab offers full service this week. Breakfast menu will be offered on Monday morning from 7:30am to 9:30am and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am. Full breakfast and lunch service will be offered on Tuesday through Friday. The breakfast menu can be found here and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be offering lunch this week. Service is from 11:30am to 1:15pm Tuesday through Friday. The menu can be found here.

There will be no buffet in the Global Cuisine Lab this week.

The Garde Manger Lab will be closed this week
