Short Order Lab is open for lunch from Tuesday to Thursday, 7:30-10:30 and 11:00-12:30.  The breakfast menu can be found here and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed until September.

You can now pre-order from the Short Order and Global Kitchens through our online ordering app, located on this page at rrc.ca/culex.

The Professional Baking Students Class of 2021 will be hosting a pop-up bake sale. Manitoba Wild Flour will be creating a delicious assortment of baked goods, both savory and sweet including Schmoo cake, Strawberry rhubarb pie, Croissants, and so much more. Come and join us on August 19^th, as we explore the great flavours our province has to offer.  10:00am to 1:30pm or until supplies last.  Come Early!
