The Culinary Exchange will be closed October 8th for Reading Day and October 11th for Thanksgiving. We will re-open for full service Tuesday, October 12th

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  We will not accept cash payment.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

Short Order Lab will be closed until January.  Food Services are serving breakfast Monday-Thursday, 8:am-10:am. See the breakfast menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be open Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-1:15pm. See the late lunch menu here.

You can now pre-order from the Short Order and Global Kitchens through our online ordering app, located on this page at rrc.ca/culex.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be closed until January.
