The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast this week from Monday to Thursday, 7:30-10:30. They are open for lunch this week from Tuesday to Thursday, 11:00-12:30. See breakfast menu here and early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is opening next week.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be producing these items this week:

-Broccoli in Mornay Sauce

-Zucchini Provencal

-Ratatouille

-Asparagus

-Brussel Sprouts with Almonds

-Green Beans with Bacon and Onions
