The Meat-Cutting Lab has the following items for sale:

The Short Order Lab will be open for breakfast Monday-Friday from 8:00am-10:30am. See breakfast menu here. They will be open for early lunch Tuesday-Friday from 11:00am-12:30pm. See menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed for the summer.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering for pick-up through Gloria Foods.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We cannot guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be producing the following items this week:
