The Meat-Cutting Lab will be producing the following items this week:

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Monday, 8:00am-9:30am and Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-10:00am. See the breakfast menu here. They are open for lunch Tuesday-Friday, 11:00am-12:30pm. See the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed until October.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be producing the following items this week:
