The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Monday, 8:00am-9:30am and Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-10:00am. See the breakfast menu here. They are open for lunch Tuesday-Friday, 11:00am-12:30pm. See the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is open for lunch Thursday-Friday, 11:30am-1:00pm. See late lunch menu here.
