The Culinary Exchange will be closing at 3:30pm until May 27th.

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-10:15m. See the breakfast menu here. They are open for lunch Tuesday-Friday, 11:00am-12:30pm. See the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed for the Summer.

The Garde Manger Lab will not be producing any items this week.
