The Global Cuisine and Buffets Lab begins service on Wednesday this week! Click on this header to see menus and production from other labs.
Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.
The Global Cuisine Lab will resume service on Wednesday this week, from 11:30am – 1:30pm. The menu can be found here. The Buffet date for this menu will be October 18. A new menu will begin on October 23.
This week, the Garde Manger Lab will be providing fruit and yogurt cups and assorted leafy salads.
