Due to Covid-19 restrictions the Culinary Exchange will only be offering take-out service at this time.  We will not accept cash payment.  Customers will need to show proof of full vaccination.  Thank you for your patience.

Short Order Lab will be closed until January.  Food Services are serving breakfast Monday-Friday, 8:00am-10:30am. See the breakfast menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be open Tuesday-Friday, 11:30am-1:15pm. See the late lunch menu here.
