Red River College Polytech will be closed Friday April 15th and Monday April 18th.

The Professional Baking & Pastry Students will be hosting two unique Pop Up Bakeries this year!
When: Thursday April 28, 2022
Time: 10 am to 1pm
Where: PGI Campus- Entrance at 504 Main Street
Brightside Bakery will be offering a variety of baked goods with an emphasis on fresh fruits of the season.
Blossoms Bakery will be offering a variety of product with a focus on Spring flavours with a floral theme.
Both bakeries will be offering breads, pastries, cakes and cookies in limited quantities.

The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Wednesday-Friday, 7:30am-10:30am, and lunch 11:00am-12:30pm. See the breakfast menu here and the early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is will be closed this week.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
