The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast Monday-Friday, 7:30am-10:30am and lunch Tuesday-Friday 11:00-12:30. See the breakfast menu here and the early lunch menu

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed for the summer.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.

The Basic Food Prep Lab will be producing these items this week:

-Pork Cutlets

-Bolognese Sauce

-Beef Stew

-Lamb Tagine

-Roast Chicken
