The Culinary Exchange will have a reduced schedule this week:

Monday, Aug. 22 – 7:30am-4:30pm

Tuesday, Aug. 23 – 1:00pm-4:30pm

Wednesday, Aug. 24 – 7:30am-1:00pm

Thursday, Aug. 25 – Closed

Friday, Aug. 26 – 7:30am – 4:30pm

The Short Order Lab is closed until September.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed for the summer.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
