The Short Order Lab is open for breakfast this week from Tuesday-Friday, 7:30-10:30. They are open for lunch this week from Wednesday-Friday, 11:00-12:30. See breakfast menu here and early lunch menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab is closed for the summer.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We can not guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
