The Meat-Cutting Lab has the following items for sale:

-Ground Pork

-Diced Beef

-Marinated Pork Loin

The Short Order Lab will be open for breakfast Thursday-Friday from 7:30am-10:30am. See breakfast menu here. They will be open for early lunch on Friday from 11:00am-12:30pm. See menu here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will be closed for the summer.

The Culinary Exchange is now offering online ordering through Skip the Dishes. If you’d like to order for pick-up you can adjust the settings on your skip account and wave the delivery fee. Click on the address in the top left corner to change settings.

Product list is based on curriculum and may vary.  We cannot guarantee the availability of any product.  Products are not available for pre-order or reservation.
