PGI Culinary Exchange June 13 – 17, 2016
Global Cuisine Lab is starting with a new group of students, so lunch service will not be available until Wednesday, June 15.
Restaurant Cooking Lab is also starting with a new group of students. Wednesday, June 15 will be the first day of service, with breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm.
Buffet and Charcuterie Lab will be hosting their next buffet lunch on Friday, June 24.

Please note that summer hours for the Culinary Exchange are 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no afternoon, dinner or weekend service May through August.
