Restaurant Cooking Lab is once again serving breakfast from 7:30am – 10:15am, Monday through Friday, and lunch from 10:30am – 12:15pm, Monday through Thursday.

Global Cuisine Lab is offers their Menu #1 this week, Monday through Thursday, from 11:30am – 1:30pm.

Buffet and Charcuterie Lab will be hosting their next buffet lunch on Friday, June 24. Menu is posted here.

Hours for the Culinary Exchange are 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. There is no afternoon, dinner or weekend service May through August.
