The Garde Manger Lab is closed until the week of September 19, 2016. 

New classes have started in the Baking Labs. This week the following items will be available (dependent, as always, on class production):

• Multi-grain Whole Wheat Bread
• Apple Turnovers
• Pretzels
• Bagels
• Whole Grain Bread and Rolls
• Dijon and black pepper crackers
