Global Cuisine Lab is now closed until September 21, 2016.

The Garde Manger Lab is closed until the week of September 19, 2016. 

New classes have started in the Baking Labs. This week the following items will be available (dependent, as always, on class production):

• Banana Bread
• Blueberry Crumble Muffins
• Apple Pie
• Chocolate Pie
