At 11am, Thursday morning, September 14, assorted sizes of  reasonably priced fresh Manitoba beef will be available for sale in the Culinary Exchange, from our Meatcutting Class, including the following:

• Ground Beef (1kg packages, lean)
• Assorted Roasts
• Limited quantities of Steak

Assorted vegetable side dishes are available, as well.

Boxes of assorted chocolates created by the Patisserie II Labs are still available for sale in the Culinary Exchange, and have been reduced in price.
