The Culinary Exchange offers several menus for lunch, depending on the time and day of the week. Variations in the schedule below may occur, based on the academic schedule and requirements.
The early menu features favourite comfort foods made by students in the Short Order Lab who are learning the skills required for cooking in a busy casual restaurant.
The late menu features items from a different country or ethnic region that rotate each week and are made by students in the Global Cuisine Lab.
