The Restaurant Cooking Lab is offering full service this week, Tuesday through Friday, and breakfast only until 10:30am on Monday. The breakfast menu is posted here and the lunch menu is here, with hours of operation listed for each.
Global Cuisine Lab is now closed until September.
The Garde Manger Lab is providing the following items this week:

- Asian Chicken Salad
- Assorted Open Faced Sandwiches (Roast Beef, Egg Salad, Ham & Cheese, Tuna Salad)
- Assorted Bound Salads (Potato Salad, Coleslaw, etc)
Wednesday
- Muffaletta Sandwiches
- Assorted Bound Salads
The Baking Lab will have the following items available this week (Order of listing is approximate order of production; thus, items closer to the bottom of the list will be available later in the week):
