PGI Culinary Exchange Nov 25 – 29, 2019

On Friday of this week, the Global Cuisine and Buffets Lab is serving their current menu buffet-style from 11:30am to 12:45pm. Please click on this header for more details about what the other labs are preparing for sale.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast on Monday from 7:30am to 9:30am, and Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The lab will not be serving lunch on Friday due to the buffet. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab offers lunch Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 1:15pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 11:30am to 12:45pm for the buffet on Friday. The menu can be found here

The Global Cuisine & Buffets Lab starts a new menu this week with limited service on Thursday, and full menu on Friday. The buffet for this menu will be on Friday, November 29.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Tuesday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will offer limited lunch service on Thursday this week, and full lunch service on Friday. The new menu can be found here.

A new group begins in the Garde Manger Lab this week. Veggies and dip, and fruit and yogurt cups will be available for purchase.

The Global Cuisine & Buffets Lab will be closed this week on Friday for cleaning day. The College will be closed for Remembrance Day on Monday, November 11.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available on Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The new breakfast menu can be found here, and the new lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will offer regular lunch service this week Monday through Thursday. A new section of students and a new menu begin on Monday.

This week, the Garde Manger Lab is testing this week, so production will be limited.

The Patisserie Lab is testing this week, so production will be limited. The Professional Baking Lab will be offering assorted savoury and sweet pies, with different selections throughout the week.

The Short Order Lab will offer breakfast service from their new menu on Wednesday, October 30, and full service Thursday. The Global Cuisine & Buffets Lab will be offering a buffet for $12.95 per person on Friday, November 1.

A new term has begun, which means students are being introduced to their new classes and labs. The Garde Manger Lab will begin production this week, and Global Cuisine and Buffets will begin  next week.

Short Order Lab will offer breakfast Monday through Friday this week from 7:30am to 10:30am.  Lunch will be available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The breakfast menu can be found here, and the lunch menu can be found here.

The Global Cuisine Lab will resume service next week, with the first day of full menu service being Wednesday, October 2. Buffet dates will be published next week.

The Garde Manger Lab resumes this week, starting with assorted veggies and dips, and fruit and yogurt cups.
