Through the College Transition program, Indigenous learners will build essential skills, investigate potential employment paths and learn more about RRC Polytech’s career-focused opportunities.

In this preparatory program, you’ll focus on strengthening your cultural understanding and developing your personal and career potential. You’ll meet one-on-one with mentors and use a holistic approach and diverse learning strategies to build critical reading, writing, math, science and technical skills. You’ll also develop practical, employer-sought work skills, earn certifications and explore work and volunteer opportunities.
