In this program, you will develop advanced math, technology and technical communication skills and learn to inform decisions using analytics. You’ll also learn to use this data to implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and develop code for real-world applications.

As part of your final term, you will complete a co-op placement or industry project for a local organization to integrate your learning, gain experience and build connections.

Full-time Delivery: Something New Every Term

In this program, you will explore and develop processes for various types of machine learning and identify data patterns using your math, analytics and database skills. You will also learn to communicate your findings professionally to peers and external stakeholders.

TERM 1

Build introductory machine learning knowledge and fundamental programming skills while developing your math and data analysis techniques.

TERM 2

Study supervised machine learning and develop database management abilities while applying your programming skills in data analysis.

TERM 3

Explore artificial intelligence and unsupervised machine learning and choose an elective in a specialized area such as neural networks or robotics.

TERM 4

Apply your skills and solve real-world problems by working with a local organization through a co-op placement or industry project.
