The Paramedicine – Advanced Care program is designed to allow practicing primary care paramedics the opportunity to complete most of their studies in a distance delivery format.

In this program, you will also engage in practical training including a field practicum placement, hospital/clinical and community paramedic clinical rotations – both conducted in Winnipeg or in rural Manitoba.
The Paramedicine – Advanced Care program prepares graduates for employment opportunities in Manitoba. This program is based on the National Occupational Competency Profile (NOCP) for Paramedicine – Advanced Care Paramedic and the College of Paramedics of Manitoba (NOCP Variances).
The Paramedicine – Advanced Care diploma program builds on the foundational knowledge and expertise of primary care paramedicine. Advanced training allows for a wider range of patient care interventions, community paramedicine and leadership opportunities.
