You must pay your non-refundable/non-transferable deposit by the due date to hold your seat in your program. Failing to pay your deposit will cause your application to be cancelled.

If you are already accepted to RRC Polytech, you probably received information about your academic email and username. Make sure you activate your HUB account and academic email – all College and program information will be delivered through that email. Login to your HUB account to access your academic email.
Once you have been admitted to your program of study you will either:
Information with specific details about your registration will be sent to your RRC email account. Please ensure you have access your RRC email account and read the information provided to find out if you need to self-register or if you will be registered by your Student Records Officer.
Important: If you have applied for a full-time program that requires course-based registration, please make sure you access your HUB account to register for your courses. You must register before the academic term starts. The sooner you register, the more flexibility you will have to create your schedule. please visit the CBR web page for additional information and online supports.
Once registered in classes, your program and student fee details, online payment and timetable will be available through HUB/Payments and Profile. Your timetable will be available in your HUB and LEARN accounts approximately 24 hours after registration takes place.
