All communal areas and hallways in Residence are equipped with CCTV.
Campus Living has provided a Communal Kitchen located on the fourth (4th) floor of Residence. This kitchen is shared by all Residents. Use of the kitchen is a privilege. It is the collective responsibility of all users to keep this space clean and use the kitchen safely.
Residents are required to follow all kitchen rules and responsibilities as outlined, failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including restricted access to the kitchen, fines, or eviction.
Appliance instruction manuals are available in the kitchen or ask Campus Living for digital copies.
Residents have two options to pay for laundry:
Laundry cards may be purchased and loaded on the reload machine located outside of the Campus Living Office, by use of debit or credit cards.
Laundry Facilities are located on the sixth and eighth floors in the Residence building.
Residents are required to be mindful of the time it takes to complete a cycle and remove their laundry promptly once it’s finished.

We recognize and honour Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, the source of Winnipeg’s clean drinking water. In addition, we acknowledge Treaty Territories which provide us with access to electricity we use in both our personal and professional lives.
