Insurance Information for New Students Studying from Outside Canada

If you are starting your Fall 2020 term from home, you will be able to cancel your International Insurance if you plan on doing your studies outside of Canada. In September, you will receive an email from the Insurance Company containing a waiver form. Please read the waiver carefully. After the Insurance company receives your signed waiver form, you will receive the $766.50 Insurance Fee back on your student account shortly after.

If you plan to travel to Canada anytime during the Fall term (August to December 2020), you should not cancel your insurance; it is a mandatory requirement for all RRC international students.
