Career Conversations through the RRC Polytech Café

The RRC Polytech Café, powered by Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC), is RRC’s free online networking and mentorship platform that connects students and alumni through virtual ‘coffee chats’ and exclusive nationwide events with career development experts. More than 3,000 current students and alumni members have already joined the Café.

How does it work? Students and Alumni fill out a profile with education, experience, and interest tags. This information is then used to drive smart-match introductions between community members every month. Faculty, employers, industry partners, and supporters can also connect with students and alumni on RRC Polytech’s hub. Check out this 60-second video to see the platform in action.

As well, check out JOB CENTRAL for opportunities available to current students and alumni.

Contact Student Employment Services at ses@rrc.ca should you have any questions about these events and resources or if you are seeking employment supports. An Employment Advisor would be more than happy to assist!
